President
As President and Co-Owner of HENCON Constructors, LLC, Chuck Norrell brings unmatched expertise in the management and execution of large, complex construction projects. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and leadership in the field, Chuck ensures that every project is delivered with the highest standards of safety, quality, and budget control. His proven ability in estimating, contract negotiation and execution, subcontractor management, scheduling, design coordination, permitting and logistics has allowed HENCON to consistently exceed client expectations while fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Over the course of his 45-year career in the industry, he has successfully delivered projects for notable clients such as Texas A&M University, Goya Foods, National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Accredo Packaging, Tenaris, Bauer Manufacturing, The Woodlands Development Corp, Port of Houston, Cinemark, Fort Bend Independent School District, and the Texas Department of Corrections. Chuck’s leadership continues to reinforce HENCON’s reputation for building with integrity, experience, and lasting value.
BRYAN HARRISON
Vice President
As Vice President and Co-Owner of HENCON Constructors, LLC, Bryan Harrison combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership in the commercial construction industry. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business, Bryan has more than 20 years of experience managing large industrial projects.
Bryan oversees all phases of construction, including estimating, contract negotiation and execution, value engineering, design coordination, permitting, scheduling, and procurement. Bryan’s proactive approach to conflict prevention and commitment to client relationships reflect HENCON’s core values of trust, integrity, and teamwork. His dedication to safety, quality, and efficiency ensures that every project delivers lasting value for clients.
